What data we collect

When you use the “Write to Zamàr” form we collect your name (optional), email address and message. If you write to us by email or WhatsApp, we process the data you send through those channels.

This website uses no profiling cookies and no analytics or advertising tools. Fonts are hosted on the site itself, with no connection to external services. The hosting provider (Hostinger) may log technical access data (e.g. IP address) for server security and operation.

Why we use it and on what legal basis

We use your data only to reply to your enquiry (information about the works, collaborations, exhibition proposals). The legal basis is pre-contractual steps taken at your request and our legitimate interest in replying to those who contact us (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, “GDPR”).

How long we keep it

We keep messages for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any relationship arising from it, and in any case no longer than 24 months after the last contact, unless the law requires otherwise.

Who we share it with

Your data is never sold or passed on to third parties. It may be processed by the technical providers that run the website and email: Hostinger (website hosting) and Google (Gmail mailbox). Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union, under the safeguards provided by the GDPR (e.g. standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions).

Your rights

You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, or receive it in a portable format, by writing to zamar.artworks@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
